Antique circa 1800 auquatint and stipple engraving of Their Excellencies Prince Serge (Count Sergei Sergeyevich Gagarin) and Princess Barbara (Countess Varvara Nikolaevna Gagarina) with Prince Nicholas their Son, after a painting by Sir Joshua Reynolds, engraved by Caroline Watson, Engraver to her Majesty. Published Feb. 15, 1800 by Anthony Molteno, Printseller to her Royal Highness the Duchess of York, No 29 Pall Mall. Inherited from an estate and reframed in 1975. Beveled gilt wood frame; pale blue and gold layered mat.
