About the Item
A beautiful antique engraving print of a botanical bamboo plant.
The poetic composition, meticulous brush strokes and delicate color pallet were characteristic style of the work from Song and Ming dynasties. Many seals were found on these pieces as well that indicate several famous collectors and studios in those periods. However, this artwork was revival of the period style and appear to be from mid-late 20th century.
Beautifully framed in the chinoiserie style, makes for a wonderful stylish decorative piece for an interior with Asian ambience or any setting where nature is appreciated and desired.
