Antique print titled 'Tableaux des Francais - Courage de Pépin'. Original old print of the bravery of Pepin the Short, first king of the Franks. Pepin jumps into the arena during a fight between a lion and a bull. Set in a frame with a radiant sun in the center. With four-line caption in French. Possibly part of a series of 'Tableaux des Français'. Engraved by Louis Delignon, after a drawing by Clément Pierre Marillier. Published circa 1805.
