Antique print China titled 'Jamcefu'. View of the walled city of Yangzhou, with boat moored on canal at centre foreground. This print originates from the Latin edition of Nieuhof's work titled 'Legatio batavica ad magnum Tartariæ chamum Sungteium (..)'. Artists and Engravers: Johan / Jan / Johannes Nieuhof / Nieuhoff / Neuhof (1618-1672) was a Dutch traveler who wrote about his journeys to Brazil, China and India. Condition: Good, toning on folding line. Few small spots, please study image carefully. Date: 1668 Overall size: 37.5 x 31 cm. Image size: 29 x 16 cm.
