Antique print of the Morish Governor of Pipely meeting the Arrakan people near their fleet to negotiate the attacks. Baliapal, India, 1663. This print originates from 'Wouter Schoutens, Reys-Togten naar en door Oost-Indien'. Artists and Engravers: Made by an anonymous engraver after W. Schouten. Condition: Very good, general age-related tonig. Original folding lines, blank verso. Minor wear, please study image carefully. Date: 1775 Overall size: 20.5 x 24.5 cm. Image size: 14.5 x 17.5 cm.
