Description: Antique print titled 'Eingeborner der Insel Rotti'.
Original antique print of an inhabitant of Rote Island, Indonesia. This print originates from 'Die Volker des Erdballs (..)' by H. Berghaus.
Artists and Engravers: Berghaus was a professor at Berlin and Potsdam who categorically classed all the peoples of the world into ethnological groups subjecting them all to scientific" analysis according to their administrative systems religions customs and modes of dress.
Condition: Fair/good, general age-related toning. Minor wear and soiling. Few small defects, mainly in margins. Blank verso. Please study image carefully.
