Rare antique print titled 'J. Goodman (preparing to start)'. Sports etching of a runner made after T. Jones. The text reads 'This celebrated Runner after beating Dank, of York, P. Inglis, with the noted Dick Defoe, and several others, has been matched against the son of Adm. Tollemache, to run 150 yds. For 1000 ssvgs aside stands 5ft 6in wghs 10 ste and is 20 yrs of age'. Published by S.W. Fores, London.
