About the Item

After four years in the jewelry engraving workshop run by Maurice DANJON, with his diploma from the famous Ecole BOULLE ( Paris ) in hand, Michel Lasnier began his professional life as a jewelry designer, then as a model maker for the costume jewelry industry. In 1971, he became a professor of ornamental engraving at the Ecole BOULLE, succeeding his master. This particularly enriching new experience would last 30 years. Since 2001, Michel has taken advantage of his retirement to create an engraved and enameled bestiary. All engravings are done with a burin This rhino lithograph is a limited edition , artist proof
