Mr. Wilke was an American artist and collector.
He also taught art and was the founding director of the University of Iowa Art Museum.
His art is in museums and collections throughout the US and abroad.
This rare print is a fine example of his calligraphic style that he was known for.
It's in great original condition well preserved under plexiglass in the frame.
The plexiglass has some scuffs and a blemish.
Artist signed in pencil with Tamarind hallmark stamp.
Two catalogs are included.
