Aaron Fink (American, b.1955) takes common, everyday objects—fruit, cups of coffee, hats—and interprets them through a 1980s Boston Expressionist filter. In 'Double Hats' (1987) he marries two very different printmaking technidques, woodcut and lithography, to create a vibrant, folksy image on a large scale. Edition: #20 of 30.
