This lithograph, “Aspects of Nature – Summer Evening”, is signed by Henri Rivière and bears a red stamped mark in the lower right corner. The artwork is authentic and original.
As for its condition, please note: three corners in the margin are creased and one is torn, there are small tears (ranging from 0.4 cm to 2 cm), ink marks, small stains, and fold marks.
On the lithograph itself, there are some small stains.
The lithograph retains very fresh colors, and once framed, most imperfections will be barely visible.

Henri Rivière (1864–1951) was a French painter, printmaker, and illustrator. He began his career in drawing, then moved on to intaglio printmaking, particularly etching, in 1882. In parallel, he began a career as a stage director and set designer in 1886, working with shadow theatre at the cabaret Le Chat Noir, where he innovated with colored stage designs. He later devoted himself exclusively to painting and printmaking, establishing himself as a major figure in the history of etching, printmaking, wood engraving, lithography, and watercolor (he painted approximately a thousand watercolors).
