Original (proof) engraving of two religions. Adoration of the statue of Confucius and Boeddha Amida in Japan.
Title on the leaf:

Maker: Jan Lucas van der Beek after a design of Bernard Picart

Period: 1763 - 1818 (1782 is mentioned on the engraving)
Condition is nearly excellent with a strong imprint of the copper plate. Clean with only in the lower left corner a light tear. This engraving is perfect for colouring/framing.
