Rare antique hand-colored steel cut engraving from European Magazine - titled 'VIEW OF RYDE - IN THE ISLE OF WIGHT' - drawn by J. Nixon - engraved by S. Rawle - published by I. Asperne at the Bible, Crown Constitution -Cornhill (London, UK) - September 1, 1806. This engraving is contained in a vintage hardwood frame - matted, under glass. Good antique condition - stains and foxing to the print and matte - scuffs and scratches to the frame from age and use. Image Size - 6 1/4" Wide x 3 3/4" High. Frame Size - 9 1/4" Wide x 6 3/4" High x 5/8" Deep.
