Set of 4 antique butterfly prints. Most likely originating from an edition of 'Unterhaltungen aus der Naturgeschichte. Insekten' by Gottlieb Tobias Wilhelm. Published circa 1810. Passepartouts / matting included. Gottlieb Tobias Wilhelm (16 October 1758 Augsburg - 12 December 1811 Augsburg) was a Protestant pastor and natural history writer, probably best known for his monumental "Unterhaltungen aus der Naturgeschichte" ("Wilhelm's Discourses on Natural History").
