About the Item

The Danish Ship portrait masterJakob Petersen (1774 - 1855), student of C. W. Eckerberg made these images on consignment during the 19th century. In association with The Commerce and Shipping Museum Bing Grondahl made these porcelain images during the 1970s. Each in a limited run of 3500. The certificates of authenticity are present to the backside of each of them. They come as a set of 4 and all still retain their original frame. Measurements: 38x30x3 cm. This set would be a great addition to any setting where a historic nautical, maritime theme are desired.
