Kontra acts as a depiction of the forces at play in a cantilever construction. The piece gives off a modest impression but unveils its complexity as its architecture becomes apparent. Fully encased in natural linoleum, the ultra-matte surface has a texture reminiscent of leather and is smooth to the touch. Kontra is a modular system that becomes more salient when used in a multitude and can be ordered with the desired number of shelves.
