About the Item
Angela Florio, born in Venice but active in Milan, is the mastermind behind ‘Arràs’. Her visual masterpieces are the product of a secret miscellany of fabric and light, in a contemporary reinterpretation of the medieval tapestry tradition. The filaments of optical fibre within the fabric will confer to the tapestry panel a brilliance that will vary according to its surroundings.
Powered with 16 LED lights connected to an electrical source. Alternatively it can also be powered by a rechargeable battery.
