An early-twentieth century Uzbek tent hanging, boldly designed and meticulously embroidered in shades of red, blue, and green on a neutral, plain weave ground. The large dynamic composition is made up of pieced panels to accommodate for the small looms of the nomadic weavers. A stunning example.
