Textured wall tapestry by Annet Gaaikema (1944), The Netherlands 1970s. This specific work of Gaaikema shows an interesting texture, variation in brown tones and weaving pattern. The threads are woven in a repeating rhythm and show a nice open pattern which creates as well volume as a dialogue with the wall to provide an interesting play of light and shadow.
