About the Item

A most decorative and large scaled pair of Italian late 18th century Baroque st. Mecca wall brackets. Each wonderful wall bracket is centered by a bottom scrolled palmette below the large central sea shell shaped reserve above. Flanking the central reserves are stunning pierced lattice patterns accented by charming rosettes are the cross section. The outer sides are finished with elegant double scrolls leading to the large scaled arbalest shaped Mecca top.
