19th-century Baroque-style German hand-carved wooden deer head on a carved and hand-painted wall plaque. An impressive antique hand-carved wall-hanging deer head made of linden wood with genuine antlers mounted on a carved oval ornate wooden plaque with gilt details. The deer sculpture is really awesome, lifelike, and masterfully crafted and it will be an expressive wall decoration. Germany, late 19th century. Dimensions: Height circa 50 cm / 22.44 in, width 26 cm / 10.03 in, depth 28 cm / 9.84 in. In good condition with some signs of aging and use.
