About the Item

This striking wooden wall sculpture is a one-of-a-kind studio piece that embodies the bold architectural language of brutalist design, in the style of Louise Nevelson and mid-century assemblage artists. Meticulously handcrafted from reclaimed wood, the composition features a layered arrangement of geometric forms, creating a dynamic interplay of depth, texture, and shadow. The sculptural surface invites close inspection, offering visual interest from every angle. Finished in a high-gloss black lacquer, the piece adds dramatic contrast and a sleek, contemporary edge while maintaining a sense of handcrafted materiality and warmth. Ideal for art collectors and design enthusiasts alike, this wall sculpture complements interiors ranging from contemporary and minimalist to brutalist and mid-century modern. Ready to hang.
