About the Item

Very unusual and adorable hand carved and hand painted wall hanging deer head with genuine antlers mounted on a carved wooden plaque. The wooden plaque depicts green leaves and red flowers in the Art Nouveau style. The antlers are attached with nails to the deer's head. The deer sculpture is really outstanding, it will be a unique and expressive wall decoration. Germany, 1920s. Dimensions: Height 57 cm / 22.44 in; width 25 cm / 9.84 in; depth 26 cm / 10.23 in.
