Executed circa 1960–1970 in the spirit of the Lubumbashi School, associated with artists such as Baruti, Chenge, and Gabriel Kalumba Tshung-Manu. This refined mid-century hammered copper wall relief, created in Congo around the 1960s–1970s, depicts a series of traditional African clay pots in a beautifully balanced composition. The vessels, modeled in sculptural relief, emerge from a richly textured copper background with red, orange, and gold undertones.
