About the Item
"Into The Caldron" is one of Dylans' original pieces of concrete wall art. Blending and bending that fine line of chemistry and art " Into The Caldron " will draw on ones imagination of how this can be concrete. The refractions of light, recycled glass, in the upper right hand corner slowly dissipate into the firey flames that are spewing from the charcoal mountain range at the base. With flowing brown, black and rust tones the depth is almost surreal in that its soft as silk to the touch. Combined with a natural texture which is a result of both the concrete and glass above the charcoal mountain. Between the flames and mountain peaks is a misty / foggy layer created with shards of copper, bronze and stainless steel. Working with natural light Dylan created this piece slightly concave to work with the flow of lighting and movement for more depth. Pulling you deeper and deeper into the details.
