About the Item
1921 chalkware signed J.E. Wallace, copyright May 10, 1921. This one came from a small private museum in Nebraska. May have been original work for a bronze, but neither we nor anyone else has seen another. Portrays herd of buffalo standing in valley against hills. Three buffalo in front are three-dimensional and looking down toward viewer. Interesting and unusual piece that would display nicely in a Southwestern style home or cabin. Size: 14" x 26".
