About the Item

Large Vintage Gorgeous Mid-Century 1960's African Impala Taxidermy Head and Shoulder Wall Mount. This gorgeous large vintage Impala was Part of the same estate as another Impala with a Card on the Back of the mount that said the African Impala was mounted in May 1968 by Frontier Taxidermists in Cheyenne, WY for Dr. Davis of Shawnee Mission, KS. This one does not have a card attached, but was said to be from same man. Mount is absolutely beautiful, mounted looking forward and slightly to the right. In great condition. It is large and quite a statement! Great condition - unbelievable that it has remained this way since the mid-century.
