Manufactured in Israel in 1969, this Brutalist-style door knocker features a "groovy" incised font with the welcoming message "Peace To All Who Enter Here". Cast in solid bronze with an oxidized patina, the piece carries Design Patent No. 221,054. It is a quintessential example of the liturgical and peace-themed metalwork produced by the Terra Sancta Guild during the late 1960s.
