About the Item

A fine pair of Continental wooden polychrome figural wall appliqués or brackets with cherub faces adorned with side wings, each hand carved from a single piece of wood, probably dating to the 19th century. Very good overall condition, with some edge restorations, minor losses, fade, shrinkage cracks, and wear commensurate with age and use. Wired for wall decoration. Dimensions: Each measure approximately 25 in H x 12.5 in W x 13 in D. Ref: 8
