Roe deer heads, wall decoration, made of plaster, Germany, 1930s, set of two.
An absolutely adorable pair of roe deer heads in the Black Forest style is made entirely of plaster and hand-painted in brown and black colors. The antlers of both deer heads are made of plaster as well and are removable. This beautiful pair of ancient deer heads naturalistically modeled would make a great addition to any home and is unique compared to standard taxidermy trophies. Additionally, it is a rare find to have a pair of them.
Dimensions: height: circa 31 cm / 12.2 in; width: circa 15 cm / 5.9 in; depth: circa 18 cm / 7.08 in.
