A Gentleman’s Private Lounge

For the 2015 edition of the San Francisco Decorator Showcase we were awarded the The Gentleman’s Private Lounge. Inspired by Sargent s iconic painting Dr. Pozzi at Home we imagined the private dwellings of a 21st century gentleman. The main focal point in this room is the wall treatment: an oversized mural composed of a 19th century Acadia arboretum etching. The room showcases an array of vintage furniture and avant-garde 21st century furniture.
