Chelsea Apartment

Neal s apartment is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. It is in an infamous full block building built during the Great Depression called London Terrace. The design was to create a home that reflected Neal s style, while being extremely functional -especially in a small space. The apartment had to be comfortable for personal use, as well as having friends over for a cocktail. Neal describes his home as "being a living laboratory testing out design ideas. From playing with textures, patterns and different furniture mixes, my apartment continues act as ground zero for experimenting."
