An antique early Victorian gold and enamel hinged bangle bracelet designed as a scrolling ribbon garter in chased gold and turquoise and white enamel, with a large ruby flanked by foliate motifs accented with diamonds, suspending a similarly decorated padlock set with rubies and diamonds and concealing a locket, in 18k. French import. Atw diamonds 0.25 ct. Mixed oval cut ruby measures approximately 7.50mm x 9.00mm, smaller oval mixed cut rubies approximately
2.50mm x 3.00mm each. Adjustable inner circumference from 6-6.5", width 0.5", padlock and bail: 1.5" long
