If you are looking for a bangle that wows then this antique, Victorian era Rose cut diamond bangle is the perfect choice!
Expertly crafted in rich 18ct gold with slight rosey tones, it has a smooth polished finish to the reverse.
The face of the bangle is an elaborate combination of scrollwork and floral detailing, all set in sterling silver to highlight the beautiful old rose cut diamonds.
The diamonds adorn the entire front of the bangle and the old rose cuts catch the light beautifully.
Rose cut diamonds were painstakingly hand cut by master tradesmen with low light such as candlelight providing the pretty and charming twinkle that has become synonymous with the cut.
The bangle opens with a small push catch and has a gold safety chain attached.
The diamonds totalling Approx 2ct weight in total, estimated in the setting, the larger diamonds approximately 5x6 mm.
It is unmarked, C1870s, Victorian era, tests as 18ct gold and silver.
An absolutely impeccable piece, this antique diamond bangle would make a most memorable gift for someone special or a real treat for yourself.
