A stunning statement bracelet, this wide bangle is solid gold and features hand engraved floral motifs around the entirety of the bracelet. No space is left unadorned in this delightful vintage gold bangle.
Measuring 20.3 mm wide, this bangle is sure to bring joy whether worn everyday or for special occasions. Scrolls and flowers bring the spirit of the Baroque period to this vintage jewel. Double figure-security clasps on either side of the box tab ensure that you can wear this bracelet with peace of mind.
Hand engraving has been practiced for centuries and reached perhaps the heights of its artistry during the Victorian period (1837-1901.) Mechanization and machinery resulted in hand engraving becoming more and more rare, as the automation produced engraved wares more cheaply than hand engravers ever could. Hand engraved items are therefore much more rare and, usually, full of character that the machine made pieces simply do not have.
