About the Item
From the house of the prolific Art Nouveau designer, Luis Masriera comes a long tradition of prestige, creativity and unparalleled craftsmanship. These stylistically distinctive works of art, have been crafted by Masriera since 1839 and continue to be made today with the techniques used decades ago: plique-à-jour, basse-taille, champlevé, vitreous enameling and Barcelona enameling.
This stunning 18-karat sandblasted yellow gold floral enamel bracelet is designed with Masriera's quintessential plique-a-jour enameling. This specialized enameling technique, allows the light to pass through creating a stained glass effect. The flowers are in white, light blue, and a medium blue enamel accented with green leaves. The background rose pink enamel highlights the flowers with a touch of femininity. The top half of the bracelet is trimmed on each side with round brilliant diamonds. A matte gold flower motif is set near each hinge,allowing the clasp to be invisible; There are also 2 small safety locks.
The bracelet measures 5/8" wide. The inside diameter is 2 3/8" long x 2 1/8" wide. Stamped inside Masriera and the serial number.
