About the Item
Monet 22ct triple gold plated lattice design bangle with side clasp. Measuring inside diameter approximately 5.8 cm / 2.8 inches by 4.95 cm / 1.9 inches. The width graduates from 1.5 cm / .6 inch at the back to 2.3 cm / .9 inch at the front. The bracelet has some dents and scratching.
This is a really lovely high quality Monet bracelet for every day or a special occasion. Circa 1980s.
Monet was founded in 1929 by Michael and Jay Chernow in Providence, Rhode Island, and became one of the leading names in costume jewellery design during the 1940's. By the 1980's Monet was producing jewellery for Yves Saint Laurent, and is still a successful company today.
