About the Item
An absolutely exquisite bangle bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! The surface of this gold-filled bangle is adorned with 10 bezel-set purple glass stones, which closely resemble amethyst and display a deep, luscious purple hue. The front of the bracelet also features delicate swirling and floral-motif engravings. The side of the piece features a push clasp, which allows the piece to open and close securely. A gorgeous piece, this bracelet would make a striking addition to any Victorian-era jewelry collection!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 5/8" wide and 2 1/16" tall. The surface of the bracelet measures 3/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold-filled setting. All of the amethyst stones are intact and securely set, and the push clasp is in working order.
