You will ship the item back to us at your own cost.
Custom made items cannot be refunded.
The re-sizing fee is non-refundable.
We ONLY issue a refund for items in a resalable condition.

The Wind stands behind the quality and workmanship of our products. Products deemed to have a manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced without question or charge.
The Wind warrants all products against defects in materials and craft under ordinary consumer use for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear, excessive wear, damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper handling, loss, accident, alterations, neglect, or disassembly. Cosmetic damage which occurs over time and normal use, such as scratches on the finish or instances of the coating rubbing or wearing off are normal and are not covered by warranty.
The Wind Warranty does not cover the main Gemstones.
All associated freight costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
