About the Item
A fabulous woven bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this unique bracelet features a fantastic woven-design. Therefore, the piece is flexible and has great movement. The entire surface of the piece is encrusted with bezel-set pink glass stones, which wonderfully complement the sterling silver. The top and bottom edge of the bracelet feature a braided-edge, and the piece secures with a push clasp and additional safety chain. The tongue of the push clasp is marked with various hallmarks including: two small swans, the side profile of a dog, the letter "P", and "Kr". A magnificent piece, this bracelet would be perfect for any Victorian jewelry enthusiast!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 1/8" wide and 2 1/8" tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver bracelet, and all of the pink glass stones are secure and intact. The push clasp and safety chain are both intact and in working order.
