Circa 1880s, 18k, France. This spectacular Victorian snake bracelet features a handmade flexible body and a head set with a deep blue .80-carat sapphire, fine diamonds, and ruby eyes. Snake bracelets were the height of fashion in the ancient world and have remained continuously in style for over four thousand years. Exquisitely made, this glorious bracelet is in good condition.
