This bracelet is made from stingray leather, which is obtained from the skins of "Stingray" stingrays. These skins are unique, offering an exceptional combination of leather texture and mineral resistance. Considered one of the rarest and most precious leathers in the world, shagreen is renowned for its unrivalled durability. In fact, it has a hardness index of 4 on the Mohs scale, making it around 20 times more resistant than traditional cowhide.
This beige stingray bracelet has a smooth, subtly shiny surface, revealing small rows of sparkling white pearls. These pearls are naturally present on one or two areas of each stingray skin used, adding a touch of glamour and sophistication to the bracelet. The thickness of the skin used for this jewel is approximately 0.7 mm, but this may vary slightly due to the sanding process to obtain a perfectly flat and polished surface, ensuring a soft and comfortable feel.
