Exceptionally large Navajo Kingman turquoise and sterling wrist cuff. 48 nuggets of turquoise interspersed with sterling beads and another large turquoise stone surrounded by twisted rope border in shadow box design. Maker's mark "R." Solid and sturdy! Great patina, but can be buffed to make shiny.
