It was carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and fitted with a discrete security double push box. Gemstones: Assembled with several screws, with eighteen (18) fancy curved cabochon cuts carved from natural green Hungarian malachite. Birthstone: April and May. Weight: 205.25 Grams, (131.57 Dwt).
