About the Item
This is a magnificent Orville Tsinnie (1943-2017), Navajo, Turquoise and Sterling Silver Watchband Bracelet with 20 gorgeous turquoise stones by one of the award winning masters of Navajo jewelry making.
We are proud to present this remarkable vintage Navajo silver watch bracelet by the master Navajo artist Orville Tsinnie. From end to end, these twenty, spectacular turquoise stones are nestled among large silver balls as they host the perfect space for your watch (about 1-1/2” diameter size, 35mm). The bracelet is signed by Navajo artist, Orville Tsinnie.
Orville Tsinnie: made beautiful jewelry from his studio near Shiprock, New Mexico. He became a master silversmith and earned many awards over 40 years of jewelry-making, including a Lifetime Achievement award from the Indian Arts and Crafts Association. Orville passed away in 2017. His extraordinary talent and big heart made him a favorite in the industry. Orville is known for his meticulously stamped silverwork, often set with the most beautiful of stones.
The bracelet has strong clean lines and wonderful detailing with the very finest turquoise. The extraordinary color and variation within the turquoise is exquisite. This very special bracelet will be a cherished addition to your collection of fine vintage Southwest and Native American jewelry.

The interior of the bracelet measures 7 inches around including the gap.
The interior is 2 5/8 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches deep.
The bracelet is 3/4 inch (20mm) wide.
The watch portion measures 35mm by 22mm.
