Large Scandinavian Modernist natural cabochon Baltic amber and sterling silver cuff bracelet, maker's mark WK
20th Century
Centered by a stunning natural oval amber cabochon measuring 40mm by 27mm, set in an elegant modernist wide sterling silver cuff bracelet. The design focuses all the attention on the beautiful amber gem which is especially striking in sunlight.
Marks: 925 for sterling silver, WK maker's mark

Amber has been revered for centuries for it's beauty and talismanic properties. It has a naturally occuring electrical charge which is associated with the powers of attraction and good communication.
