Rare antique Belle Epoque natural amethyst bracelet.
Set with 6 gorgeous lilac Russian amethysts weighing together approx. 24.84 ct. and shimmering rose cut diamonds totaling approx. 5.40 ct.
This utterly lovely and feminine Edwardian bracelet beautifully hand fabricated in silver and over warm 14 karat yellow gold , stamped 585 for 14 karat.
Made around 1890 – 1915. Weight approx. 38.98 g.
Length 18,5 cm.
No damages, in very good condition.
The Belle Époque (1890-1915) encompassed three jewelry design periods: Art Nouveau, the Arts and Crafts movement, and Edwardian. The “Beautiful Era” was a time of increasing wealth and flourishing arts. A time of peace and prosperity, of elegance and opulence. When cinema boomed, movie stars, instead of European royalty, became trendsetters.
