About the Item
Fani Gioielli Vintage Ruby and Diamond Necklace Convertible into a Pair of Bracelets in 18 Kara Rose Gold, with Provenance, Italy, c. 2000. The necklace is designed as a wide curb link chain, one link set with 39 round-cut rubies connected to another one similarly-set with 39 round brilliant-cut diamonds. Two of the polished gold links serve as invisible clasps, allowing the necklace to be converted into two bracelets.

Formerly in the jewelry collection of a Soprano of the São Carlos National Opera House, Lisbon, Portugal.

• Marks: Florence (Italy) maker’s mark “1637 FI” and stamped “F” for Fani Gioielli; marked “750” for 18kt gold; Oporto marks for 18kt gold
• Dimensions: 46.5cm (necklace’s length); 2.2cm (each link’s width); 25.5cm and 23cm (bracelets’ lengths)
