About the Item
A Fine Edwardian natural pearl and diamond bracelet, the thirty-nine pearls, accompanied by GCS Report stating to be natural pearls of saltwater origin, with diameter from3.6 to 4.9mm, centrally set, within two Swiss-cut diamond-set rows weighing approximately a total of 2 carats, all set in platinum and yellow gold, measuring approximately 17.5 x 0.8cm, circa 1910, measuring approximately 17.5cm in length and 0.8cm in width, gross weight 29.5 grams.
This bracelet is in very good condition with sings of wear consistent with its age. Unmarked, tested as platinum and 18ct yellow gold.
A superb Edwardian pearl and diamond bracelet. This gorgeous bracelet features two rows of lively diamonds, between which is a row of thirty-nine lustrous and luminous pearls. The bracelet is set in platinum. The combination of diamonds, pearls, and openwork platinum is typical of the Edwardian era, when such materials were used in abundance. This bracelet is from the collection of Bentley
