Fabulous Jean Painlevé French Art Deco gold plated link bracelet, with mint green Bakelite, and featuring five salamanders. Measuring length 17.7cm / 6.9 inches by width 2.4cm / .9 inch. The bracelet has wear to the gold plating and scratching. The salamanders are in good condition, one has a twisted tail. This is a beautiful Painlevé salamander bracelet from the Art Deco era. Circa 1930s. A rare find.
